How to book a flight

If you have a gift voucher purchased in iFLY Minsk:

1. To make a booking, go to the “Redeem gift card” tab or follow the link: https://shop.iflyminsk.by/store_3
2. Enter a gift voucher code – 8 characters (English letters and numbers).
3. Enter your email address, and information requested below to create an account (for new users) or log in to your personal account (for those who have already registered earlier).
4. Choose the date and time of the flight that is convenient for you. You need to arrive at iFLY Minsk 50-60 minutes before booking time for registration, equipment and briefing. 
5. After booking confirmation, an email will be sent to your email address with your booking details, instructions and cancellation rules.

If you have a gift voucher from our partners – Surprise or Daroo: 

To book a flight, you need to call us at +375 25 777-66-55 or write to Telegram @iflyminskby from 11.00 to 22.00 every day.
To register for a flight, you need to have the activation number / code.

If you want to buy a flight online and book a time convenient for you right away:

1. Select the desired category (Beginners / Kids / Groups) by clicking the “Book” button. 
2. If you need to add a rate from another category, click the “Continue shopping" button.
   If you have completed the selection, click the “Proceed to checkout” button. 
3. Next the window “Your order” will be opened:
   - if you have a discount promo code, enter it in the “Promo Code“ field and click ”Confirm”
   - then select the date and time of the flight (the cost of the flight will change automatically after selection)
   - and click “Continue”
4. Enter your email address, and information requested below to create an account (for new users) or log in to your personal account (for those who have already registered earlier). Read the terms and conditions of the User agreement and click the “Book now” red button 
5. Make a payment by card.
6. After successful payment, two confirmations will be sent to your email address: 

• from WebPay – payment confirmation;
• from iFly Minsk – a PDF file with booking confirmation, which will contain instructions and cancellation rules. 

❗️ If you do not receive a booking confirmation email within an hour, be sure to contact us! The letter should include not only confirmation of payment but also the date and time of the flight.
